UNFP has just published a press release announcing that it is joining, as co-claimant, the "Justice for Players" class action, which – based on the CJEU's Diarra ruling – aims to obtain compensation for ALL players who have been subject to FIFA rules declared illegal by the CJEU and to promote genuine reform of the regulation of the professional football labour market.
