Following the statement issued by FIFA and in response to enquiries received from various media outlets, Lassana Diarra confirms that the dispute between himself, FIFA and the Belgian Football Association is now set to be resolved, following an out-of-court settlement reached between all parties.

Mr Diarra and his lawyers will make no further comment on this amicable settlement.
