HLSZ has announced on its website its support for the ‘Justice for Players’ class action, which follows the CJEU’s DIARRA ruling: https://hlsz.hu/hu/hirek/legfrisebb-hirek/legfrissebb-hirek/a-hlsz-tamogatja-a-justice-for-players-kezdemenyezest--hlsz-supports-the-justice-for-players-initiative (text first in Hungarian and then in English).

This brings the total to about twenty European national unions that have now expressed their support for this class action.
